Welcome to the Durham House! Recently remodeled this beautiful contemporary home is great for family fun at The Sea Ranch. The living area is open, bright and cheerful with great views of the ocean. The spacious kitchen allows views of the ocean from your cooking area into your family style dining room. The living room offers large windows and window seats as well as an inviting location to sit and cuddle around a warm fireplace. Durham House offers a master bedroom with a king size bed, a guest bedroom with a queen murphy bed and the third bedroom has a set of bunk beds with a twin on top and a double on bottom and an additional twin trundel bed under the bed as well. There is also a port a crib for your infant! There are 3 bathrooms in the home. The spa is located in a private courtyard where you can open a door to catch a glance of the ocean. An outdoor shower is also provided. Enjoy the easy access to the Bluff Trail from this wonderful ocean front home. All ages are welcome. Free Internet Access and Satellite TV. Gas BBQ on deck.
