  Rating Details: I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was very clean. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our vacation at Sun Chic was fantastic. The location was perfect. Close to the beach and shops, restaurants, bars. The furniture in the house is just OK. Could use more comfortable living room furniture. The kitchen has plenty of dishes and utensils, however the selection of pots/pans is not great. If you are planning to do any cooking it might be a good idea to bring some of your own equipment. The coffee maker is old, doesn't have a timer/auto shut off. The pool is fine...not much to write home about, but the house is close enough to the beach that we didn't spend any time in the pool. The deck chairs are as cheap and uncomfortable as money can buy. We sat in our own beach chairs during the time we were at the house. There is plenty of parking and the under-house area is large enough that we were able to be outside even on the one day it rained and we couldn't sit on the beach. Overall...a great stay at Sun Chic!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a wonderful family vacation. Great house very close to the beach. More comfortable furniture for tv sitting area would be nice. Pool was wonderful. Wish the lights could be on a switch so they could be shut off at night. All in all would stay at sun chic again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Mr. and Mrs. Lowe (the owners) stopped by to say hello and Mr Lowe cleaned the pool SPOTLESS each day. They checked in to see that we were satisfied and happy with the property. What a nice gesture from THE PROPERTY OWNERS!! Also, one of the pool filter covers broke the second day we were there and MR LOWE had it repaired immediately. WE WERE VERY IMPRESSED and VERY HAPPY with the property and the property care during our vacation. MR & MRS LOWE... THANK YOU!!! The Lyons Family.

  Rating Details: I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was clean. The property manager was very unhelpful. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I will start with the positives, it is a very nice house very close to the beach with a large private pool, as advertised. The only problem, and I am not sure if this is Garden City Realty's fault, is that the owners of the property are constantly "checking in" on the house. This would be okay if done in a friendly manner, but several of my guests were made to feel uncomfortable and unwelcome by their presence. I believe they may be overly concerned about the house because it is currently on the market for sale. The owners appeared every day, including the final day and before the appointed check out time. This is the second year in a row I have stayed at this property. The owners were present last year but did so in a more welcoming manner. Because of this I will be looking for other houses next year, though still preferably with Garden City.

This place felt like home away from home. Great access to the beach and close to everything!!! Loved this home and would recommend it to anyone with family needing to get away!!!
