  Rating Details: I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was beautiful, and great location too. However, as it can sleep at least 8 people, the kitchen equipment was fairly limited. There were only 4 of us, so it was OK, but with only 4 wine glasses, 6 mugs, 4 side plates, 2 SMALL frying pans etc, it would be rather difficult for a large party. So, the kitchen equuipment certainly needs to be looked at, as most people cannot afford to eat out every night. Apart from that, everything else in the house was great!

  Rating Details: I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was clean. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Matthew's House was perfect family location and layout. The pool was sunny all day long. There was one issue with the main level sliding door. The lock was broken and proped shut the a baseball bat. Probably not the best security.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved the house! It was clean, and beautifully decorated, far above the average beach house. There was room enough for everyone to stretch out and relax...especially at the private pool. We were literally 3 minutes away from the beach. We give our overall experience 5 stars and would definately consider staying at Matthews House again on our next vaca to Myrtle Beach!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The only problems we had was that there was no toaster in the kitchen, and the shower door in the master bath was in need of repair. The drip edge at the bottom needed to be recaulked.

Reviewer Comments: The pool had some items at the bottom and the blinds on the first floor facing the ocean had a lot of dust on them. Over all the property was nice. Still waiting for a credit on my VISA for $75(Golf cart rental). Thanks

  Rating Details: I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was very clean. The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There were a couple of things that we found with our vacation rental that were not to our expectations. We were told that there were linens provided to us for the stay however there were no sheets when we arrived to the property. And there were a few things in the pool like a spatula and a grill fork. And a strafoam leftover container by the pool left from the previous renters. Other then that the property was clean and very well maintained. The realty company was very helpful with anything we needed. The location was perfect for us. I would most definetely love to go back next year and would recommend this property to friends and family.
