  Rating Details: I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was very clean. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great house. Close to the beach, community pool, plenty of room, etc. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked with lots of room for our food. Nicely decorated. The baseboards and corners of rooms were dusty - otherwise, all was clean and ready to go! Would stay again.

  Rating Details: I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was very clean. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The vacation was good. House was very spacious and suitable. We did struggle with the coffee pot and finally figured out to put a spoon in the grind area to prop open the plug and use a filter for the coffee grinds. Overall stay was well and would stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a great location- not far from the beach- quite in the complex, nice interior and I consider myself a picky vacationer :)

  Rating Details: I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was more than happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was more than helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The biggest problem was the second floor was 15 degrees warmer than fir. That made it a little uncomfortable. The Internet password was incorrect despite a couple of attempts to correct. I would however stay again. Close to beach and nice area.

  Rating Details: I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was more than happy with the location. The vacation rental was clean. The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Is labeled as a second row house, but is not on second row!!!!!!! The air condition upstairs stayed on 78-80. We called and he was very prompt in coming to check it out, and then sending someone else to fix it?, but it never worked. Was miserable!!!!!! We should have gotten some kind of a refund.

Reviewer Comments: the only thing that was bothersome was the air upstairs had someone look at but heard nothing about and we were leaving in 2 days so just dealt with it. Just needs to be checked

  Rating Details: I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was very clean. The property manager was adequately helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The foyer and balcony were very dirty when we arrived and it was a bit disappointing. We were not warned the house was armed with an alarm system and upon entering it went off. Police arrived while I was on the phone to get the code from the realty company to disarm it. Wi-Fi was also offered buy had a passcode which I had to call for numerous times because they couldn't find or gave us incorrect info. Also, I checked for availability of this property for a friend, and while checking, found out the week we were staying was listed for over $200 less than what we paid and we were offered no refund. The house was a beautiful home and despite the previously mentioned problems, I would stay there again!
