This condo is a 2 bedroom 2½ bath Deluxe! It is larger than the other 2 bedrooms in Royal Garden Resort on our program. Royal Garden Resort is located 0.7 of a mile north of Garden City Pier. The unit directly faces the ocean. It has a fully equipped kitchen, and a living room with a private balcony for a view of the ocean. The unit has a dishwasher, central air and a washer/dryer. Complex amenities include an indoor pool, Jacuzzi, sauna and outdoor pool, kiddie pool, restaurant and lounge, covered parking, 3 elevators, wireless internet, and coin-operated laundry. This condo does not allow smoking, pets or trailers. Check out maid service is included upon your departure. Rating Details: I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was more than happy with the location. The vacation rental was very clean. The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Some kitchen hardwares were missing and we had to buy some.
