Paradise Point is surrounded by water, Cherry Grove is the only location in North Myrtle Beach that offers excellent views of the salt marsh, the ocean inlet and Tidewater Golf Course from the front side and sits right on the beach overlooking the ocean from the backside. The condo has a 27 foot balcony so you can watch the breathtaking sunsets overlooking the ocean. Internet Access is available through connect freely. Located on 5310 North Ocean Boulevard, North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina 29582. This is considered a premier resort property. The building offers This smoke-free condominium is on the tenth floor and is an end unit, so you can see the ocean from just about anywhere in the condominium.
The condominium is very spacious, the Master Bedroom has a private bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and private shower, and a double vanity sink. The master bedroom also has a entry onto the balcony overlooking the ocean. It also has a walk-in closet.
There are two bedrooms that share a bathroom and another bedroom with its own private bathroom. All bedrooms have spacious closets, and ceiling fans. Two of the bedrooms have queen size beds while the third bedroom has a twin and a full size bed.
The entry, hallways, kitchen, dining room and bathrooms all have tile flooring. The living room and bedrooms have carpet. The kitchen has all white appliances including an electric oven and range with built-in microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal and refrigerator with freezer and icemaker.
The kitchen has white cabinets, plenty of counter space and a breakfast bar and stools. There is also a pantry and washer and dryer in the hallway across from the kitchen.
The living room and dining room has a panoramic view with seven oceanfront windows and glass doors. The living room is adorned with a flat screen T.V. and a Queen size sleeper sofa.
There is a lazy river, oceanfront pool, kiddie pool and indoor pool and lots of beach in front of the condominium. The building has a three-story parking garage and the units are located on top of the parking garage for added convenience to the guests. There are two reserved parking spaces for the unit.
There is a storage closet outside of the frontdoor so you won't have to track in unwanted sand. There is also a trashbag shoot located beside the elevator for added convenience.

Beds were very uncomfortable. There was not enough linens available not to mention they were still in the washing machine. Owner did not return several phone calls and we went out and purchased several towels and pillowcases.

Our entire family of nine people just spent seven days at this property and we had a really pleasant stay! On the whole, the pics are accurate as to what you will find in the condo. The condo was clean and well maintained. Getting in contact with the owner is rather difficult and they should be more readily available for important problems that come up. The biggest thing I saw wrong was the oven needed cleaning and the broiler did not work on it and a leg on one of the kitchen chairs was broken. (I might also mention that some of the beds' mattresses were pretty uncomfortable). All in all, the condo was in good shape and roomy, allowing for a pleasant stay!
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, families with young children.

When our family arrived at the condo, we were well pleased with the size of it and the lay out! All the rooms were nice and everything was clean. We had a total of 9 in our group (5 adults and 3 children). The view from the balcony was great and the kids loved the lazy river and pool!! The only fault I had to this rental was that we had parking spot issues. On the contract agreement, it listed that we were to have 3 reserved spots for the 3 vehicles we were in. However, upon arrival to Paradise Pointe, we realized quickly that there was only one allotted 10E parking spot and we were never given parking passes...like we were suppose to have been given. The other two vehicles were left to hunt for "unassigned spaces". When we tried to reach the owner, voicemail was all that we got. Even after leaving a message about the issue...we were never called back. The owner is extremely hard to reach through email or by phone. Other than that issue...everything else went GREAT!!!! :-) I would stay here again!

had several issues while staying at this condo- could not get the owner to return my call- when necessary about parking issues. The entire condo was dirty when we arrived - 2 of the beds had no linens on them the linens were laying on the end of the bed. one bathroom the tub was stopped up (Another time I couldn't get owner to answer phone)Overall experience very UNSATISFACTORY.
