We have been renting this vacation home since 2004. During this time, 35% of our guests return year after year. We pride ourselves on maintaining this home to the highest standards. New Carpet in 2011; New linens, artwork, water heaters and entertainment system in 2010; new kitchen appliances in 2009, new flat screen TV’s in 2008; . Everything is kept in great condition so you can focus on enjoying your vacation while we focus on keeping you happy, comfortable and relaxed. We live in town and are available to take care of any unforeseen situations. Snow plow service keeps your driveway clean.
This beautifully designed and well-maintained home, located steps from the Park City Mountain Resort, is designer furnished and turnkey equipped. Located in historic old town, directly between the Park City Mountain Ski Resort and the Town Lift, this home is perfect for family gatherings, a group of friends or a romantic get away. Three bedrooms, three and a half bath, heated floors through out house. Private Hot Tub, two decks, fireplace, heated garage, High Speed Wireless Internet, Fantastic views.
Prime location - A quick five-minute walk will take you to the restaurants, galleries and shops of historic Main Street. The main lodge of the Park City Ski Resort is 300 yards down the hill. You can also access the free city wide bus service at this location. Ride the bus or Five minutes by car will bring you to Deer Valley Mountain Resort or the Canyons Ski Resort. Phenomenal fly-fishing is a 10-minute drive (year round).
The home - On the top level, you will find a beautiful deck with private hot tub and great views. Vaulted ceilings in the spacious master bedroom with king size bed, flat screen TV with DVD, large master bath, shower with dual shower heads. A second bedroom on this floor has a queen size bed and full bathroom.
The main level opens to a large kitchen with all the amenities of home. Island breakfast bar, dining room, living room with leather couches - queen sofa bed, fire place, 46" flat screen HDTV with surround sound, digital cable and extensive DVD library. Through the living room door, you will find a deck with gas grill and outdoor seating. The bedroom on this level has a queen size bed and twin bunk, flat screen TV with DVD, attached full bath.
The lower level consists of a garage with radiant floor heat, mud room with heated storage for skis, snowboards and boots, washer and dryer, bathroom.
This smoke-free home, built in 1999, was meticulously constructed with beautiful craftsmanship and attention to detail. Heated floors throughout the home will keep you warm and comfortable. Beautiful leather furniture, solid dining room table, quality linens, custom tile, alder cabinets, gas fire place.
After hours of world class skiing, take the Creole ski run down to Empire Ave for a 300 yard walk downhill to your beautiful vacation home. Kick off your boots, limp your tired body upstairs, grab a cold drink and relax in your private hot tub while enjoying the views of down town Park City, Deer Valley and the quiet street of Empire Ave.
After a relaxing soak in the hot tub..... choose a movie from our extensive DVD library, take a nap or enjoy a nice fire. When you're ready, a nice walk to Main Street will introduce you to the many fine restaurants, shops, and bars and galleries.

After 10 years of Park City ski vacations, I visited for a summer mountain bike trip. I moved here the following month and purchased this home in 2003. I was drawn by the prime location - walk to skiing, walk to Main St., great views, and great people. As much as we love 'The Greatest Snow on Earth', the Summer and Fall in Park City are equally enjoyable. We pride ourselves on maintaining this home in superior condition. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

This owner was fabulous to work with - responded to all questions and business promptly. Property was exactly as represented and extremely well-maintained. Very convenient location. Extra, unexpected amenities like many pantry staples, plastic wrap, etc. Very nice. I would definitely rent this place again.

This Empire Ave home was perfectly situated and appointed for our family ski vacation. The house is beautifully maintained, very clean and the owner was extremely helpful with travel info, lift tickets etc. We hope to be back soon!

Stayed at this property 4 days in early January. This was our first experience with VRBO and I was a little hesitant at first. I did a lot of research on different properties in the area and selected this location. A fine choice indeed. The house was nicely situated for walks to town by day and we selected to drive by night as it was dark, snowy and icy. Pictures of the house are all accurate. The house itself was as others described, very clean, nicely appointed and "homey". The owner was always very attentive and accommodating, He even left two sets of snow shoes for me to use while visiting. Thanks again. In essence the property has good karma. We will be repeat guests.

Our family of 5 has stayed at this home for the last 3 years. The home meets our needs perfectly:1) Very clean;2) The owner is nearby just in case there is a problem (has not happened yet). This is his only rental property and he takes immense pride in customer happiness;3) Large well equiped kitchen;4) Washer dryer;5) Hot Tub;6) Garage;7) Stand-alone home so you have privacy.8) Radiant Heat.In our opinion, this is the best location in town because the drive to PCMR is 1 minute and you can easily walk to town at night.We plan to return for many years to come.Dan

This was the absolute best place we have ever stayed, and we have stayed many places. I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting a clean, beautiful, and cozy accommodation - within walking distance to the slopes and nightlife. The owner, Mark is most gracious. We are hoping to visit in the summer months as well.

Finally we have stayed in a really beautiful place. Our fifth try and we nailed it. This property is unbelievable. The rooms have so many windows and the view from the outdoor hot tub is remarkable. You can walk to Park City Ski Area if you want to. The other best part was the cleanliness of the house. We have a son-in-law that is very allergic to mold. He is our Mold-Meter and this house had zero mold. This is the first place we stayed that was super clean. The owner Mark Sidlow went out of his way to make sure we had everything and was full of great info regarding the ski drive times to other ski areas. WE are going back and the kids even said they would pitch in for the cost because it was the best place they have ever stayed in. I can say alot more about this house but I have to e-mail the owner to thank him for a great complete vacation. Mark Aylward

My husband, son and I have been coming to Park City each December for the past 12 years. This year,for the first time, we decided to rent a house. Mark, your home on Empire Ave. was absolutely perfect! We thoroughly enjoyed the spaciousness of your home and all the amenities. The hot tub provided a much appreciated soaking to the muscles following a day of skiing. Best yet, we enjoyed two feet of snow while visiting this year. Imagine our pleasure and surprise that Mark also provided snow removal service to the driveway as often as needed. We look forward to seeing you again next year as we've already booked our reservation at your lovely home.
