All flooring in the unit was updated in July 2008. We are located on the west side of Bradenton, minutes from Gulf beaches, close to restaurants, movies, shopping, and golf courses. There is an active clubhouse with pool, hot tub, pool tables, library, and full kitchen. There are also outside barbeque grills, and picnic tables, even a shuffle board court. Take advantage of the many other activities, such as biking, golf, tennis, racquetball, fitness center, shuffleboard, miniature golf, fishing, horseback riding, shopping, restaurants, live theater, cinemas, museums, sightseeing, swimming, snorkeling/diving, boating, sailing, water-skiing, windsurfing, parasailing, and jet skiing.
