This villa is located in building 21 which is in the upper row of the complex. What makes this building special above other top row buildings is it is closest to the ocean with no trees or view obstructions. It has arguably the best view in the complex with its own pool and 'Weber' bar-b-que directly adjacent. It is convenient to the entrance and a easy 10 minute walk to the Ocean.
This villas renovation was designed by Design One Remodeling and has one of a kind characteristics that True Platinum Level Villas are known for.

If staying in Maui for more than just a couple of days, a condo is the way to do it. And this condo was just perfect. The view was beyond great and it had everything you would ever need. The place and grounds were well maintained and clean. Dave was very nice and met us at the condo on arrival. I would recommend this property to anyone.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Very nice area, well equipped villa, comfortable, views incredible. Enjoyed walking the property but very easy to get a shuttle to the beach if you don't feel like walking. Loved the store....great food. Beach areas were really nice. Close to Peter Merrimen's restaurant; a must do for a delicious and romantic sunset dinner. Make your reservation early. Hit the Gazebo for breakfast and get the famous pancakes! Worth the long wait in line!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Great place. We plan on going again. Wailea was our favorite place until we came here. The sunsets are beautiful from this condo. We so enjoyed them. Dave met us there the night we came which was so nice. He was so helpful about a number of things. Thank you so much. The condo was just as it is advertised. Would highly recommend.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway.

We often tell our guests that Wailea and Kapalua are the two nicest areas on island but one of the major differences is Kapalua is much more naturally beautiful and Wailea is man made and was a desert terrain before man started pumping water onto it and developing the land with one resort after the other.
