With 2,400 square feet of living space on a 1/4 acre lot, this home is ideal for two families vacationing together or a single family that enjoys having extra room to kick back and lounge in. Everyone will have their own quarters in this well appointed Sunriver vacation spot!
The Sleepy Bear Lodge is the perfect private family retreat in Sunriver’s finest location. Situated in the highly desirable north end of Sunriver, Sleepy Bear Lodge is beautifully furnished with many quality features. Easy to get to from Hwy 97 off of Cottonwood Road and within the neighborhood of the Woodlands Golf Course, our home is ideally located near the North Pool, river loop bike ride, Fort Rock, Sunriver’s North Market, golf course and more. A short bike ride will take you to the $18 million dollar newly constructed SHARC facilities which offer fun indoor and outdoor activities year round. With no through traffic and away from all the noise of people and loud trains, you won’t hear bikes in front or in back of this home. All you should hear is the sound of your family enjoying time together.
Enjoy the company of your family and friends as you prepare your meals in our well-equipped open concept gourmet kitchen and living room with gas fireplace. We provide you with everything you might need, plenty of dishes, flatware, stemware, cookware, electric cooking appliances, spices and paper goods. Pamper yourself and kids with specially made waffles with our restaurant quality Belgian Waffle maker. Savor your deliciously made dinners around our spacious dining table for 10 with additional bar seating or dine Al fresco on our adjoining outdoor deck. We had an amazing time at this home! The home was perfectly equipped for our family getaway. We enjoyed the hot tub after long days on the mountain skiing. We really liked the well equipped kitchen which made cooking easy! Sunriver was a great place to relax. The home was clean and well stocked with DVDs, board games, swim towels, and laundry facilities. We enjoyed the SHARC center and riding the provided bicycles! I highly recommend this home for families wanting lots of room to spread out!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

About the owner: We are an active family of 5 that enjoys the outdoors. We fell in love with the Sunriver area the first time we visited 10+ years ago. It has always been a dream of ours to own a property here and it came true in September of 2012. The Sleepy Bear Lodge is our gathering place for all our family and friends. We wanted a place that would bring us together as our kids grow up and start their own family. The Sleepy Bear Lodge is our perfect find and we are happy to share this special home with our guests.
