Welcome to the beach! Everything in our unit is totally new and has never been rented prior to 2013. Our unit is located on the 18th floor and the views of the crystal blue water and white sand beach are spectacular!! Unlock the door using the convenient key pad (no lost keys) and you have arrived.
We are in the most AWESOME beach location and you have two beach chairs and an unbrella free each day of your stay! Centrally located in the quiet and peaceful serene west beach away from the crowds of central Panama City Beach. There are no high rise buildings next to our condo and this makes for a big difference in finding a quiet spot on the beach. We are only two miles from the Fantastic new shopping and entertainment venue, Pier Park, a 900,000 square foot open air complex that is the largest shopping and entertainment venue in Northwest Florida. We also have two reserved parking places with one being a few feet from the elevators right in front of the building.
Our complex has an indoor/outdoor pool, two spas, huge sunning deck, fitness center, steam room and sauna for your enjoyment...what more could you ask for?
Great Floorplan- The master suite features a luxurious pillow-top king bed, a full bath, an INCREDIBLE ocean view and direct access to huge ocean front balcony! The front bedroom offers 2 comfortable pillow-top full sized beds and a full bath. All bedding is of high quality and extremely comfortable. Our well equipped kitchen, dining area and living room all have an endless view of the water to the horizon. All rooms have upgraded lighting fixtures, upgraded ceiling fans and ''black out' draperies.
Our huge balcony is an extension of the living area and is AMAZING! Experience afternoon cocktails or outside dining while gazing out at the endless ocean. Additional guests may enjoy a casual dining experience at a most comfortable settee and coffee table.
*** BRAND NEW STATE OF THE ART AUDIO/VISUAL! State of the art entertainment in the living room is provided by an incredible 42 inch LCD HDTV. Both bedrooms also equipped with flat-screen t.v.s.

We just returned from staying here for four nights. Upon arrival, my family was completely blown away with the decor and furnishings provided by the homeowners. The pics here are exactly what is in the unit, except the real thing is so much better! The beds, ALL of them, were extremely comfortable! We took our 5 lb dog and were asked to cover the furniture with a blanket when she's on the furniture. I really appreciated this request, because I know animals can make un intended messes. It made me feel that cleanliness was a priority to the owners and was to be preserved. If this was my unit, I would feel the same way. They rent to responsible adults who take pride in others' things. This unit is wonderful for families with a small pet. The internet was great for our teen boys, and we loved the atmosphere on the balcony and free beach chairs! We will definitely be staying here again!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

This condo was a great, place was clean and well taken care of. The pictures are very accurate. Everything was new and very good quality. The balcony was wonderful very large plenty of room to eat and the family could all be out there together. We were very pleased. I would definitely stay here again. We were away from the craziness during spring break but close enough to drive to anywhere.. Great Family place and we loved that it was only about 2 miles to the new pier park. The owner answered all my questions and everything was just as explained.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

Fantastic condo!!!! The kitchen was stocked with very nice cookware and plenty of silverware and dishes. The balcony furniture was beautiful and relaxing. Location is very good, quiet end of beach. Chubaka met some new 4 legged friends, highly recommend Tropic Winds for pet owners! The owners Kathy & Bruce were so nice and helpful, great people!. We will rent again!!!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Brand new, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked condo. The owners are great to work with and we loved the location. The large cozy balcony was my favorite feature of the condo. The complex has a nice fenced in dog station. Grocery store and resturants near by. the only down side was the hot tub was out of service while be were there. Other than that, WE LOVED IT and will definately return.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We enjoy the beautiful beaches and crystal blue water of the Panama City area. We particularly enjoy being on the western part of the beach away from the large crowds and love that it is just a short 5 hour drive from our home in Atlanta to the gorgeous beach!
