We stayed the month of March and the place worked out beautifully. Location is perfect on the 11th fairway with a great view of the mountains but not too close to them. The weather this past March was the best we've ever had so we spent a lot of time outside on the patio just enjoying the view and the ambience of the whole place. The back yard is splendid too; lots of space and your own grapefruit and lemon tree which we took well advantage of daily. The master bedroom is large and comfortable and includes a nice large HD TV. A couple of our adult kids visited us for a few days and found the second and third bedrooms large and comfortable as well. We've rented many other places in the past and generally found the non master bedrooms to be too small so this was a good change. The kitchen is very functional and well equipped. We did quite a bit of cooking, even having friends over a couple of times for dinner parties? We really liked the living room. It just seemed very homey and comfortable. We've rented six different houses at Trilogy and Mountainview Country Club. This one is good value and is our favorite so far.....hope to return often. The place was an amazing location within the city and within the complex. Very spacious and clean. Easy and comfortable with all amenities. Very nice owners. Spent lots of time at Thermal Horse Show and Downtown La Quinta. Good location for polo fields and tennis events as well.Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, pet owners, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, sightseeing, tourists without a car.
