Location, Location, Location: This Townhome provides a two car garage as well as on street parking while fronting on a Green Space. This is considered by Calgary Realtors as the most desirable Boulevard on the entire city due to its elegance and location. Garrison Woods is 5 minutes from downtown Calgary. A 5 minute walk to Marta Loop takes you to coffee shops, groceries, restaurants, shops, etc. A lovely, 4 bedroom, 3 bath, awaits you and yours. A 30 second walk to a small playground park at the end of the street. A 2 minute walk to a huge park with winter skating and sliding, and/or summer playground. The main floor kitchen has high end, stainless, appliances and is fully equipped to meet any chefs' needs. The dining table will seat 6 or more, and there is a hightop breakfast set for 2 in the Kitchen nook. A gas fireplace separates the dining from the living room. The living room has seating for 6-7, a TV and a large window to watch the quiet tree-lined street. In the little outdoor patio space at the back of the house, you will find an Iron Bistro set and a BBQ. The second floor has a Master Bedroom with a king-size Tempurpedic bed, spacious spa bathroom (large tub, separate glass shower, double sink and pocket-door toilet room) and a large walk-in closet. A media room/ office space is also on this floor. It can easily turn into a bedroom for 2 single beds or a double bed through the cool EQ3/Nood swivel sofa. ( a memory foam topper can be added if you prefer a softer bed). Between these 2 rooms is a linen closet with a Meile Washer/Dryer. On the third floor you will find 2 spacious bed rooms with a 3 piece bathroom in between. Both bedrooms have queen size beds. One has a sofa that turns into a double bed for extra sleepers. If you want to fit even more sleepers, the other bedroom would be a great place for our memory foam fold up cot (s). The large unfinished basement has a small pool and ping-pong table available for your enjoyment.
Children: We have a Bjorn Travel Crib that can be set up in any of the rooms. A Booster seat and/or High Chair is available also. Toys can be provided for any age as well. The parks scattered throughout this community make it a sure hit with your kids, and easy to find activities and beautiful walks any time of the day.
Pets: Contact owner to inquire further about pets. Service animals are allowed, with owners knowledge, without extra fee.

The master bedroom is located on the second floor. It has a king size bed, 2 side tables. The en suite has a spa bath, seperate glass shower and a large walk in closet.
The second room on the second floor is a versitile room. It has a large Tv, so this can be a sitting room, and office or a bedroom. The sofa in this room is a very cool EQ3 design sofa that swivels apart if you don't want to sit side-by-side, you can put the legs out on one side or both, and then the back can go down too to create 2 single beds, or push them back together for a double bed. If you like a firm, futon feeling this is ideal. If you prefer a softeer sleep, let me know and I will put on the memory foam topper. When you are booking let me know what you would like to use it as and I will set it up accordingly.
