  The home was beautiful and close to all our destinations. The home was all that it was advertised to be and more.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, sightseeing, tourists without a car.

  This house is much bigger than it sounds in the listing. There is another bed in the basement downstairs that wasn't on the listing either. We enjoyed our stay and loved the neighborhood. Trader Joe's is within walking distance, as well as lots of shops and restaurants.

Renter agrees to  notify owner of any planned events with more than six invited guests.  Additional charges may apply.   Rent will be paid in full  with Reservation form prior to occupancy.            Rental Agreement - continued   FACILITIES * CLEANING SERVICE * PAYMENT INFORMATION     Cleaning Service is provided after vacating the premises, with   a rate of $95.00 minimum.  We ask that you  wash your own dishes  and leave used sheets and  linens in washing machine.  Any extraordinary cleaning, facility repairs, and or replacement for breakage, loss or theft of kitchen items, furnishings or decor will also be deducted from the Security Deposit.  Weekly cleaning(paid by renter) service is available upon request.   The kitchen will be fully equipped for your convenience with: service for up to 6 guests; dishes, silverware, glasses, cookware, utensils, mixing bowls, food storage containers, coffee maker, microwave oven, gas range,coffee pot and refrigerator. All linens are provided. Late Check Out or Early check In Fee:$50.00   Includes: all utilities,cable TV,phone and wireless service except water and all PG&E charges in excess of $100.00/month   CANCELLATION POLICY: This rental agreement will take effect with receipt of Security Deposit  Full Rent Payment ,and Signature of named renter.
