-Minutes from Bemus Point and all area attractions.
-Located near the end of a dead end road, with lots of natural shade. A short cement stairway from road down to cottage and lake adds to privacy.
-Bonfire pit for evening get-togethers and firewood is always included!
-24-hour emergency maintenance service, and professional housekeeping weekly.

About the owner: Greg and Michelle are working parents raising a family just outside Buffalo, NY, and just a short drive from Chautauqua Lake. We both grew up in families who spent many summers vacationing with family at the lake. We are proud to offer a vacation rental that provides families with a modern, clean, and comfortable place to stay while making memories with family at Chautauqua Lake just like the memories that we have made at the lake.
