Beautiful south end home located on beach access 39. Easy walk to the beach or sound. Enjoy fabulous views of the sound from both floors as you eat or relax in one of two living areas. First floor has open living/kitchen area, laundry room, 1/2 bath, and master suite.
Second floor has a second master suite, 2 additional bedrooms, 2 baths and second living area, again with great views of sail boats in the sound. Sound view decks on first and second floors offer opportunities to relax in rocking chairs on the first floor or on a sofa/rockers on the second floor while taking in the sights and sounds of Banks Channel. A spiral staircase on the second deck leads to a third level with breathtaking panoramic views of the sound and ocean. Enjoy the sunrise over the Atlantic or sunset over the sound. On cool days, take in the the sun from the third floor lounge chairs. At night, enjoy relaxing under the stars.
The ground level has the convenience of an outdoor shower, hammock for a cool afternoon nap and ample yard area for horseshoes or basketball. Located on a dead end street.
Easy 2 block walk to local surf shop and lunch or dinner at the Oceanic restaurant. 1 owner home built in 2006. Beds include 3 queens, 2 single, 1 double.

Few properties offer such a short walk to both the beach and sound. Given that the south end of Wrightsville Beach has very few multi-family units and limited public parking, you will rarely find the beach to be crowded.
