My husband, two daughters, our pooch Sinatra and I stayed over the New Years holiday and welcomed in 2013 in comfort and beauty. The house was sooo cozy with the gas fireplace and comfy couch. The goodies left for us were awesome! Thank you, Mike. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed as did the bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable, too. We had all the luxuries of home and then some - we did a lot of Hiking in Joshua Tree National park, played a lot of golf - great night-time course walking distance from the property. We took advantage of the large grass yard playing volleyball and had many memories created around the fire pit feature. We will definitely stay at Shadow Ranch again and our only reservation in recommending it, is that it will be harder to book once word gets out about how awesome and affordable it is!!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, pet owners, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.
