Lakeside Villa is wheel chair friendly the whole of the ground floor has only two three steps with extra wide doors.
Our Villa is a fantastic holiday home with a games room, swimming pool and basketball on the drive. Very private with the pool overlooking the lake.
This superbly furnished home has all the facilities and amenities to guarantee your holiday is both relaxed and enjoyable.
All bedrooms except the childrens room have a TV and telephone.
Children and adults will have many happy interludes in the games room,playing pool on the seven foot table,playing darts, or just listening to the stereo. There is basketball on the driveway.
The garden is fenced and has an outlook over the lake behind the house.There is a BBQ and plenty of patio furniture.
Hampton Lakes is situated on Highway 27, close to HW 192, and only five minutes from Interstate 4.
This impressive estate is set amongst orange groves, rolling hills, and lovely lakes. Yet this peaceful, tranquil, and relaxing environment is close to all the major attractions that central Florida has to offer. Disney World is just 15 minutes away, Sea World and Universal Studios 30 minutes, Busch Gardens 70 minutes, and The Kennedy Space Center 60 minutes. Just a few minutes from the villa in either direction you'll find numerous golf courses, restaurants, shopping malls and now a new Walmart.
The very popular area of 'Old Town' on Highway 192, with its parade of Classic and Historical motor vehicles every Friday and Saturday evening, is only a 15-minute drive away. There you'll find roller coasters, fun fair (carnival) attractions; side shows shops, and the massive 'Sky Coaster Dive'. Not to mention the nearby flea markets.
We believe that because of the location of Hampton Lakes, there is no need for a two-centre holiday. Interstate 4, which runs across central Florida from coast to coast, is only five minutes away; you can be in Tampa/Clearwater in one hour.
The famous 'International Drive' with all its numerous world attractions and its Convention Center are but a few short miles away.
Our villa has a massive 2,800 square feet of living space. All bedrooms except the children's room have a TV and telephone. There are two master bedrooms downstairs -- both of which have bathrooms with a large walk-in shower and one with an additional marble corner bath big enough for two !!!.
There is a bedroom especially for the VIPs amongst your party, the Disney bedroom. The bunk bed is a double/full at the base and single/twin at the top. The room is brightly colored with Disney characters and Mickey's toys. The remaining 3 bedrooms all have ample room. We also have a crib and a full-size roll-away bed for your use, as required.
All three bathrooms are beautifully tiled and decorated, and all have hair driers, and the floors covered with ceramic tiles.
The large living room has a magnificent imported Italian tan coloured leather (furniture) suite, and a large-screen TV DVD player,VCR and CD HIFI system. This room affords splendid views over the swimming pool, patio, orange groves and in the evening ffireworks over Epcot Centre.
The kitchen has two breakfast bars, and every conceivable amenity including a coffee maker, microwave oven, waste disposal unit, large oven and grill, double sink, dishwasher, large fridge and freezer, ice maker, toaster, and a larder (pantry).
The dining room has a beautiful extended table with carved legs, and a magnificent suspended light -- for one of those romantic dinners (children permitting). There are enough glasses and dinnerware to serve twelve people.
Children and adults will have many happy interludes in the game room, shooting pool on the seven-foot table, playing darts, or just listening to the stereo.
There is a separate utility room with a large washer and dryer. The villa is fully air-conditioned for your comfort. All towels and linens are provided. Local telephone calls are free; long distance and international calls will require a phone card.
For the young and more energetic, there is a basketball hoop on the driveway. Two hundred yards from the front door are floodlit tennis courts, a volleyball court, basketball court (also floodlit), and a play area for children. All of this is free of charge to residents of our villa. We have tennis racquets in our game room for your use. There are also many golf courses within 5 miles.
