We have very strict spring break policies. Family vacations only. No chaperoned groups or vacationing students. I repeat we are very strict when it comes to spring break.
Southern Comfort is located in the charming Frangista Beach area of Destin.
This beautiful home was built as a Key West replica and is beautiful from top to bottom. The main floor features an open floor plan with living room area and dining room area all flowing together to allow the whole gang to converse.
The beautiful kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances looks over the eating area and gives access to a huge walk-in pantry and is right around the corner from the laundry room and downstairs bathroom.
The first floor features the main living area and also one of the guest bedrooms. The bedroom has a TV, queen bed and access to the main floor bathroom.
The second floor boasts the large master bedroom w/ king bed. The master includes plenty of storage for your clothes, an over sized walk-in closed, separate linen closet, TV & sitting area in case you need a break from all that fun! There is another guest bedroom located on the second floor. This room features a queen bed, TV and private full sized bathroom.
Third floor features a unique setup great for a family! Upon entering the third floor you are welcomed into a loft area that includes a queen size bed, TV & clothing armoir. Passing through the loft area you'll pass by the top floor bathroom into the final bedroom in the home. This fourth bedroom includes a sizable bedroom with queen bed and TV.
Southern Comfort is literally steps to the beach. With your beach access being directly across from your little piece of paradise, coming to and from the beach will be a breeze! Need to grab a drink or just take a break from the heat? That'll be no problem with your close proximity those sugary white sands.

Make Frangista Beach on Scenic Gulf Drive near Pompano Joe's your family's vacation Destin this year and maybe ever year after too.
Fun times are sure to be had shopping at the Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall or one of the other dozens of other shopping centers, ride go carts and bumper boats at The Track, splash and slide at Big Kahunas water park, compete to see who gets the most tickets at Fat Daddy arcade, feed the crocodiles and enjoy lunch/dinner at Fudpuckers and water sports galore in Destin!!!!
