Villa Coyaba 302 brings the comforts of your home to the beach. Lavish furnishings in this spacious 2200 square foot beach front condo with all new appliances.
A large balcony with seating for outdoor dining overlooks Destin's emerald green waters and sugar white sands. NEW in 2012 - TEAK outdoor furniture and TWO sunbrella chaise lounges just delivered in May, 2013.
A well-equipped kitchen with Viking appliances and granite counter tops beckons - but the areas finest restaurants are nearby as well.
The living area has seating for the whole family and friends. Enjoy the large flat screen TV or just relax and watch the sunset.
Each bedroom boasts flat screen TV's, 100% cotton, high thread count sheets and comfortable mattresses.

We had a great time. Enough room for 8 of us to not feel cramped. Loved having the chairs and umbrellas. We will probably book another long weekend.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, romantic getaway.

Villa Coyaba is a paradise in the heart of the beaches of Destin. We were lucky enough to have ‘Our Friend At the Beach’ recommend this amazing condo. It is a huge, with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. I got a text from my friend who made it there before us and it said ‘this place is swanky!’. It wasn’t an understatement. The condo is the height of luxury, with a great view from the balcony of the beautiful gulf of Florida and its white sandy beaches. It is immaculately kept and it has been very tastefully and comfortably decorated. It feels like you are in an Italian-inspired villa. It is close to everything but we didn't feel like leaving! We felt pampered and our biggest decisions were do we relax in our comfortable sunken tub, go to the heated pool deck, make our way to the beach or fix drinks and grill? (The separate ice maker, blender and mixer is key!) All four of the bedrooms were great and everyone thought they had the best bed. BUT, I admit that the master bedroom with the view of the gulf was the best! (It has a big jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower, as well as its own seating area and balcony access) All 8 of us could still get lost in the huge condo. The kitchen has Viking appliances, granite, more than enough seating for everyone, and everything was comfortable and elegant. Villa Coyaba has an inviting heated infinity pool, a grilling deck which made eating out take on a new light, and a home away from home right upstairs. The large 3' pool was always kept the perfect temperature, has a ton of comfortable lounge chairs, and we could see the kids from the balcony. The condo also has a fitness center, a media room, and a great property manager! We live close-by and I will encourage my out-of-town Destin fans to stay here if it is available—so I can invite myself over! We’ll be back!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

I have now started booking my vacations around what is available with "Your Friend At the Beach" website. I am so appreciative of the support and service that they provide around the clock. We have been coming to the Destin area for almost 40 years and this is the first time I have felt inclined to book with a particular rental company repeatedly. Need I say more? This condo was fantastic and equipped with everything we could possibly need. Villa Coyaba is wonderful for kids given the proximity to the beach and it never feels crowded. There are a few places to walk to for lunch and dinner which is a real sell for us. We will definitely be going back!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

This condo was perfect for our needs. The furnishings were luxurious and comfortable. Absolutely top notch! It provided us with a place for lots of long talks and long walks on the beach. We all took advantage of the exercise room and enjoyed the heated pool. The view from the balcony was beautiful, relaxing and calming. Everything was clean and in perfect working order. Really - top of the line furnishings. Great shopping nearby and lots of restaurants to choose from. The owner/manager was wonderful to work with. We will definitely return.
