This newly renovated 4 bedroom home features a courtyard pool and is close to the beach.
Elegant renovations on this unique home were completed in May 2013. Renovations include a kitchen with new appliances, granite countertops, and tile backsplash, new master bathroom, new furniture, wallpaper removal, new chandeliers, and interior and exterior painting.
The professionally decorated main house includes the living and dining rooms, kitchen with eating area, two bedrooms with private bathrooms, powder room, and screened porch. The living room features a sofa, four comfortable chairs, and flat screen TV. The screened porch, accessed through the living room, offers cozy seating and a gas grill and also opens to the pool area. The dining room with seating for six connects the living room and kitchen. The kitchen includes an eating area for four and a flat screen TV. The powder room and laundry room are just off the kitchen. The master suite features a king bed, flat screen TV, bathroom with double sinks, large soaking tub, and separate large shower, and access to the screened porch and pool area. The second bedroom in the main house offers a king bed, flat screen TV, cozy chair, and bathroom with double sinks, large tub, and separate shower.
The main house is connected to the guest house by a covered walkway. The courtyard area features a private pool and dining area for four. The guest house includes two bedrooms, with two twin beds each, which open to the pool area. The bedrooms are connected by a hall and shared bathroom with shower.
This home is furnished with a washer and dryer.
Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston where you can enjoy incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, South Carolina aquarium, IMAX Theater, horse drawn carriage rides, and sumptuous dining at many of the fine dining establishments in the city.
During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golf on one of five world class golf courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, boating, kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.
