Bring or rent a bike on property, and you can ride for miles on the off-road bike trails leading east and west along the beach road [30-A].
The most recent additions to the complex include artists' kiosks, where you may browse or purchase a wide variety of interesting artwork. On selected dates, there are special events and free jazz concerts in the grassy ampitheatre behind the condos.
The area is quiet and away from major congestion.
