  Loved the layout of the condo and its close location to downtown Gatlinburg! We appreciated being located off the main drag of Gatlinburg but still being only a short walk away. The condo was well-furnished and we loved the fireplace! The cost was very reasonable and we would definitely stay here again or recommend to family/friends.

  For the price, I guess I should not complain. The condo is an older unit and very small. Really, it is smaller than today's hotel rooms. The fireplace is nice and the bed was comfy. Walking distance to all of Gatlinburg. Most of the room was clean but could use some TLC. The tub would not drain which made showering difficult. Making a reservation was very easy and all of my e-mails were answered quickly. I was only able to stay one night so the 2-night minimum was waived for me which I appreciated. However, when I e-mailed about the tub issue, I didn't hear back. Would use this owner again but would ask for a more updated unit.

  Owner response: I'm sorry this guest did not enjoy their stay as much as hundreds of other guest. I have many; many emails that guest wrote me on this unit that loved the unit. As far as it being small, I tell guest that it is a small unit. However, location makes up for this. It has a King bed, Kitchenette, bathroom, and will sleep four with the sleeper sofa in the living room so I can't see why they would say it's smaller than today's hotel rooms. We travel a lot and I have stayed in today's hotel rooms and there is no comparison. We can't wait to get back to one of our units. I never received the email about the drain or I would have had it fixed. As you can see I do answer my emails quickly and I have two cell phone numbers listed on the site. I never received a call or text either? Also, the drain was repaired in record time. Thanks everyone for your business. Owner

  This is the third time we have rented from this owner. Great to work with - always prompt and courteous. Their condos are always clean and the king bedding and pillows were very comfortable! Thanks again!

  This condo is in a great location, within walking distance to everything in Gatlinburg. Quiet end of town. Owners are quick in responding and wonderful to deal with. Condo is in great shape and very clean. This unit is right next to the elevator on the 2nd floor. Have stayed with these owners before and will definitely stay here in the future.

  My husband and I were very pleased with the condition of the inside unit. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The area was small but fit our needs very well. We appreciated how helpful the owner was making sure we had all the necessary information to make our stay a pleasant one. We enjoyed leaving our car in a covered area and walking around town enjoying the sights. Bennett's BBQ had a good breakfast buffet. Bubba Gump's is a fun place to eat and the food is great. Legends By Max was a good Italian restaurant with good sandwiches and pasta. Enjoyed eating at Blaines on second floor outside. These restaurants are all on the Parkway except for Bennett's which is across the street from condo. The view from the condo isn't much to look at but you don't have to go far to see the beauty of the mountains. Will return. Thanks for a good stay.

  Your condo is in a great location within walking distance to everything in downtown Gatlinburg; and it is exactly as pictured. The owner is very easy to get a hold of if you need anything or have any questions. The building is older, but the condo is in excellent condition, clean and modern. Keep in mind it is a kitchenette and no washer and dryer in the unit. We didn't need a full kitchen and dining area or washer and dryer for our stay, so it was perfect for us. We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking to stay downtown Gatlinburg, it is an excellent value for the price!

  This condo is literally right next to the back end of the Tram station. Very convenient! We enjoyed Bennett's BBQ (also next door) every day. I have a two year old and we did have to drive to the Aquarium just because it would have been too far for him to walk, but it could easily have been done for me and my husband. The Ripley's Believe It Or Not museum was very near by, as were many shops. I highly recommend this condo. It is older, but very clean!

  If you are looking for a place to stay that is secluded, quite, well maintained and has friendly service, then Oak Square is the place for you. We loved our stay in this unit. It is tastefully decorated and was the perfect size for my family of four. The kids loved the pools and hot tubs. Hubby and I loved that it was so quiet here, yet within just a 2-3 minute walk, we were on the main strip of Gatlinburg. This condo is the perfect location for enjoying both the beauty of the mountains and the shopping, dining and entertainment of Gatlinburg. THANKS AGAIN!!
