What a beautiful vacation spot! This is a very classy, high end, quality place to stay. From the Granite Countertops in the kitchen, to formal dining, to Leather Furniture, to 3 spacious bedrooms, with the awesome heated pool right of all bedrooms. Two full service baths, and 2 car garage! It felt like our home, which made it very comfortable for my wife and the three kids we took with who were 18, 13, & 12! Rented bikes and enjoyed the quite neighborhood ! I would highly recommend this house as a vacation spot to anyone! We will rent again! Also, the owners layed out directions and keys, etc that's de the transition to the house very smooth! Thanks guys!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

About the owner: Our names are Cindy & Rick Moniaci we have two adult children and two cats. This is our second rental property, the first is a two story 4 Bedroom 3 Bath Home in Berkley, Michigan.
Why the Owner Chose Hacienda Village:
We chose Bonita Springs Florida because it's 15 minutes to fort Myers Beach and Estero Island. The liveliest section is Time Square, with restaurants, shops, and Hotels.
However it does have its more tranquil side at the south end where there are pristine, soft white Beaches.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
The large screened lanai and pool area is very airy, very sunny and very private with 3 large door walls from our home to the private lanai and private heated pool.
