It is just a short drive to all major event locations, including Indian Wells tennis gardens, Mission Hills "Dinah Shore Tournament", La Quinta resort, PGA West and Landmark, and casinos are nearby.
This unit is a modern luxurious and spacious, non-smoking, beautifully furnished condominium with an attached double garage. There is a spacious bathtub in the master suite for romantic candlelight baths-just an idea! The unit contains a separate laundry room with full washer and dryer.
