Our Florida vacation rental home offers 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms. 3 of the bedrooms have private baths making them master suites. 2 master suites have private access to the pool area.
The garage has been converted into a fully equipped game room. The family room has a 45” widescreen, flat screen HDTV (with upgraded cable program package) and DVD. One master suite has a 32' flat screen HDTV with a built-in DVD. The remaining bedrooms each have a 32' flat screen HDTV.
Snuggle down onto high quality plush mattresses, covered in cool, quality high thread count cotton linens. Sleep soundly and wake refreshed to fully enjoy all the new day has to offer.
Check emails and surf the web with free 24 hour wireless high-speed broadband internet access and free local, national and international phone calls.

This house has so much for families to enjoy. We were surprised to find highchairs, pack 'n play, strollers, bottle brush, etc. The house was clean and well furnished. There was not anything missing. We had 3 families and Grandma. Plenty of room and much more affordable than a hotel! We plan to come back again next year!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, families with young children.

The home has everything we could want from the pool and hot tub to the fully equipped laundry room and kitchen. We had some trouble with the washing machine so the owner purchased a new one right away. The location is ideal for people like us who like the theme parks and there are literally dozens of restaurants 5 to 10 minutes away. It's so much nicer to return to a fully equipped home at the end of a long day than to be couped up in hotel rooms. Saved us a lot of money also! We spent some days just relaxing in the hot tub and pool. The kids and grand kids loved it. We'll be back every year that we can be. Note: The times listed for travel are pretty accurate. I've seen other places further away list 15 minutes to Disney. Be careful when assessing other claims. Traffic can make the trip quite a bit longer especially if your on the Orlando side of the parks.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Check-in Time: 4:00 PM ~ Check-out Time: 11:00 AM Unauthorized Early Check-in and Late Check-out will be charged additional rental fees. No Pets Allowed ~ No Smoking inside the Property. Damages to the home made by the guest will be the responsibility of the renter. Damages exceeding the security deposit coverage will be the responsibility of the renter. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel this booking, the following conditions and charges will apply; 1) Cancellation, in the period from booking up until 12 weeks before the vacation is due to begin (i.e. when balance is to be paid in full), will result in loss of the booking deposit (25% of total booking). 2)Cancellation between 6 and 12 weeks of commencement of the vacation will incur a cancellation charge of 50% of the total cost of the booking. 3)Cancellation less than 6 weeks before the vacation is due to commence will incur a cancellation charge of 100% of the total cost of the booking.
