This historic and beautifully furnished 1920s craftsman home in Grant Park provides privacy and comfort in the heart of Atlanta. With easy access to I-20 and the downtown Connector, you're minutes away from everything that Atlanta has to offer. Hideaway House is located as a guest house hidden from public view and can only be accessed by a shared private driveway, giving its residents peace and privacy.
Hideaway House features two bedrooms with queen beds and two full bathrooms. A third bedroom has been converted to a lounge/entertainment room and has a futon couch that converts to a sleeper. An inflatable mattress is also available. Additional features and amenities of the home include a fully equipped galley kitchen with gas range, fenced in backyard with dog run, wireless internet and cable, off-street parking, and central air and heat. Hideaway House features quality electronics and applicances including Dyson Animal, Apple iMac, Sangean, iHome, and Panasonic.

First time to Atlanta for a convention and so happy we stumbled onto this place! Fantastic location, close to airport,10 minutes by car to downtown attractions, 2 minutes to the freeway and a beautiful, charming, quiet neighborhood. Tons of great restaurants within a 5-10 minute drive. Clean, well equipped, very comfortable beds. Rose and Brian have done a great job making a delightful home away from home. We were so pleased with this place our only regret was that we did not stay longer than the convention and explore Atlanta more. Much better alternative than a downtown condo or hotel. Do not think twice about booking this place, you will not regret it! With the consistent great reviews, it will get booked up quickly and you will miss out on a real gem.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

Thank you so much for the use of your lovely home. My husband and I enjoyed it so much. It was beautiful and charming and had everything we needed. This was our first time staying in the Grant Park area and we loved the location! So close to the Zoo and other attractions. We will be back again next year!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children.

This is a lovely place to stay. The space is well equipped, beautifully decorated and in an easily accessible location not too far from the airport. I would highly recommend this space to friends and family.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Great location in Atlanta, and in a great neighborhood. We brought our bikes and rode around Grant Park. The place is clean, well furnished, and feels like it is truly hidden away, but you are in the heart of Atlanta. We had a family of 4 and 2 inlaws, used the kitchen and laundry.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

What an amazing bungalow tucked away in one of my favorite neighborhoods in Atlanta. A quiet stroll away from the Atlanta Zoo and Grant Park. My husband, myself and our two year old have visitors quite often but we live in a small home. I decided to look for a home close by that my family could rent during their visit. I had heard of VRBO before but never actually visited the site. I am thrilled that I finally did! My family and I LOVED this home and how accommodating the owners were. The home was very clean and set up with everything you need for a short weekend stay or for week long trips as well. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans and all the staples needed for cooking at home. And if you don't want to cook! You will have a ton of delivery places to choose from too (Cameli's Pizza is my favorite!!!) I am so glad to have found this jewel and look forward to many more stays in their beautiful home!!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

My family recently stayed at this rental and had a wonderful experience. The house has been nicely updated and we had everything that we needed for an enjoyable stay. The owner's are next door and stopped by on the first day to make sure we were settled in, ask if there was something else we needed and to offer recommendations on local restaurants. The location of the property is fantastic... less than 5 minutes to the zoo and 20 minutes to the World of Coke, Georgia Aquarium and the general downtown area. We were definitely pleased with our stay here and would stay again if we travel back to Atlanta.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Before being purchased by the Wilsons in 2012, Hideaway House was owned by the same family since it was built in 1920. Hideaway House is a special home with lots of charm and character, which is evident as soon as you walk through the front door.

Hideaway House sits at the end of a residential street and on top of a hill that overlooks the historic Roosevelt High School building, a beautiful Neo-Byzantine structure that has been converted to an apartment complex.
