3 minutes walk to Niles beach! Feel as though you just walked into a Tuscan Villa as you enter this beautiful home. From the sunny yellow interior with beam ceilings, ceramic back splash, and beautiful fabrics all giving the feeling of the Tuscan Region.
Around the corner from the house a little bit of something for everyone. Great restaurants, live music, and Rocky Neck artist colony. Did I mention the ice cream parlor!
A custom built kitchen made for those who love to cook. The kitchen includes dark cherry cabinets, rustic tiles, granite counters, and stainless steel appliances including a commercial grade gas Viking Stove with griddle. A double tiered island made of cherry butcher block, that seats 3, separates the kitchen from the foyer and the living room.
The living room has plenty of comfortable seating, a large flat screen TV and a fireplace. Their is a beautiful stained glass in the living room that was built with the original house in the 1850's. The dining room seats up to 10 people with water views through the over sized windows. The master bedroom is on the first floor with a door that takes you to the outside shower, yard, and patio. Also on the first floor is a full jacuzzi bath tub, and shower with beautiful tile.The second floor has 2 bedrooms and a full bath with shower.
The neighborhood so much to offer within walking distance. Across the street is the Gloucester Stage Company, which has productions through out the summer with well known actors from Broadway to the big screen!Prefer the beach? Before heading to Niles Beach or Good Harbor Beach, go to the Last Stop Deli, across the street, for the best beach sandwiches in town.
