Welcome to Des Moines! This cozy 2-story house is located just outside the heart of the city in a quaint neighborhood of Waukee. Conveniently, it is located just off University Avenue and near all major interstates to take you anywhere. With a large deck and fenced in backyard, this house is perfect for summer entertaining, grilling and outdoor socializing. The fireplace and large kitchen are sure to warm you up during the winter months. Upstairs, there is a large master bedroom with a private bathroom. The additional three bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The laundry room is located accessibly upstairs and near all the bedrooms.

The house is located in Waukee which is a suburb of Des Moines. You can reach the majority of Des Moines within 15 minutes. The Jordan Creek Town Center is about 4 miles away from the house. This area includes a number of unique shops and restaurants. Downtown Des Moines is about a 10-15 minute drive. Within walking distance of the house is Jethro's BBQ which has won a number of national awards and has been seen on Man vs Food!
