Most rooms have great water views and access to the lanai and pool through their own sliding glass door. This home was professionally designed to provide maximum water views and warm radiating sunshine through its many large south facing windows and lanai! Our home is a short 2-block walk from Marco's new upscale development - The Esplanade!! Located within the Esplanade are fine dining and entertainment destinations, Ricks Island Salon and Day Spa as well as a Starbucks Coffee and a Coldstone Ice Cream shop! This home offers everything to make your vacation relaxing and carefree!
