A beautiful penthouse in Florida’s Lemon Bay area, this luxury bayfront condo has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and a 30' boat dock that has deep water access to the Gulf of Mexico.
Enjoy this upscale condo that has an open-floor plan with a well-equipped kitchen and a breakfast bar; bedrooms decorated with new furniture and comfortable mattresses; and dining and living room areas with sweeping views of the Bay. The Master Bedroom has a gorgeous and polished Ensuite Bath and there are two additional baths located in the second bedroom and off the hall.

Day trips include Disney World, Universal Studios, and Busch Gardens which you can reach within 2 hours. My favorite trip is the water taxi you can catch in Ft. Meyers to Key West!
