CHECK IN: Check in is 3 PM. Check out is 10 AM. While we will try to accommodate early arrivals we do need time to clean the rental properties between tenants.
RENTAL DOWN PAYMENT: 25% of the rental fee and the Unit Damage Protection Insurance are required at time of reservation. Payments are not refundable in the event of cancellation. We recommend the purchase of travel insurance for the protection of nonrefundable payments. In lieu of security deposits we sell the damage waiver protection.
