Luxurious 2-story penthouse with direct sunset views of beautiful Boca Ciega Bay (looking West) and Isla del Sol golf course (looking South). The 1,700 square foot indoor space, plus two 7' x 9' screened outdoor terraces were completely redecorated with all new appliances and furniture in 2005 & 09.
The top level includes an entry foyer, half bath and state of the art kitchen with granite countertops, fully equipped for gourmet cooking. Dining area with wet bar seats six, and an outdoor terrace seats four for dinners overlooking the golf course and bay. The living room overlooking the bay features an armoir with a large screen TV with DVD/VCR, love seat and sofa. The den has a lounge chair and sofa which folds out to a queen-size bed.
The lower level, which is accessed by spiral staircase or elevator, features an entry foyer, two large bedrooms, and a laundry room with washer and dryer. The master bedroom suite has a king-size bedroom set, a walk in closet, and bathtub with shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bedroom set and en-suite bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms are equipped with armoirs containing TVs, one with integrated DVD player.
The laundry room has new, full size washer and dryer.
Two parking spaces: one is covered, right next to the building entrance (#45), a second space (also #45) is on the upper lobby parking area.

Walt Disney World is a 90 minute, 100 mile drive.

Carmela and I have two girls aged 6 and 8. We reside in New York, NY and enjoy spending our vacations at this condo.
Why the Owner Chose Isla del Sol
Our condo is only a 2 hour flight from our home in New York. It is easy to get to, yet quiet and not "touristy". And the weather is wonderful year-round.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
We enjoy the on-site pool, nearby beaches, and dining on our condo's terrace or at the numerous good restaurants nearby.

Loved staying at this condo. This is a great condo for 2 couples. Lot's of room and privacy on the bottom floor where the bedrooms are located. The area is really quiet and relaxing for those people that like to get away from the busy St. Pete's Beach strip. The property is well maintained and is clean. The grounds around the whole condo area were also very well maintained. We loved to sit by the pool and watch the dolphins go by. The hot tub had a beautiful view over the bay as well. I would not recommend this area for kids because there is not much for them to do in Isla and you would have to get in the car to drive to the beach. Otherwise, a great spot to relax away from the crowds. We would like to rent this condo again in the near future. The owner was very helpful and was always available by email.
Owner response:Hi - our children age 6 and 9 love the pool and exploring the bay next to the pool. Gulf beaches and other child-friendly attractions are within 5 mins by car, with easy parking.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, age 55+.
