We have a unit for rent in Bldg E-a 2 bedroom/2 bath large unit with approximately 1,300 SF and it has been completely updated and remodeled. This unit has approximately 250 SF more than the standard 2 bedroom units at the Dunes. It also has all new appliances including washer and dryer. This is a brand new split bedroom unit in a gated family oriented gulf/beach front property. The master bedroom and the family room both open onto a large gulf front balcony where you can enjoy watching the dolphins during the day and the sunsets at night.
This unit is in the newest building of the Dunes of Panama, the 'E' building, which includes an exercise room for adults and a deli/c-store for the entire family to enjoy.

If you would prefer a larger condo or would like to book 4 units from one owner then you found the right person. No matter how large your group or your price range we have a condo to fit.
The property has over 1,500 feet of private beach, 3 pools to enjoy with 1 being heated in the off season. Come play volleyball on the beach or shuffle board poolside. There is also lighted tennis courts, pool side gazebo to get out of the sun, outdoor grilling areas and a clubhouse to enjoy. We want our Panama City condo to feel like your home away from home, only better!

Spring Break weeks of March 28-April 11, Memorial Day Week, Peak Summer and Labor Day Weeks are only 7 night/weekly rentals. No partial week rentals during these times. Winter rentals have a minimum rental period of 3 months. Please add 10% tax and a $75 cleaing fee to the above rates for total due. I also require a $200 refundablde deposit and a $50 reservation fee to hold the unit in your name.
