Private parking for two cars is at ground level. The living room, dining room, kitchen, and bar are located on the second floor. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a microwave as well as a washer and dryer. Color TV/VCR with cable are standard amenities. On the third floor, the master bedroom has a king-size bed, a pair of lunge chairs, and connecting bathroom. The second bedroom has antique, carved twin beds with an adjoining bathroom. Twenty foot private decks are located off the living room and master bedroom.
This unique residence is within walking distance of the best restaurants, nightclubs, shopping, and historical sites of Tybee Island.
