A comfortable townhouse with attractive furnishings close to all types of diverse activities as well as a place to simply put up your feet and do nothing. The living room is tastefully furnished with a leather couch and love seat surrounded by modern accessories and wall treatments. Following the same theme is the separate dining room which is conveniently close to the kitchen.
The large master bedroom has a queen bed with ample drawer, shelf, and closet storage. The guest bedroom with twin beds can also serve as a den with its comfortable wicker chairs facing a TV and floor-to-ceiling bookcase.
The kitchen includes all modern appliances with cold water and ice in the door of a side-by-side refrigerator, a large microwave, and a complete array of cooking utensils. Sets of dishes for both everyday and guests are provided. A corner nook with a round table makes for cozy kitchen eating.
The large Arizona (family) room has two comfortable chairs with ottomans to watch the 27 inch TV, VCR/DVD, or relax to the music on the stereo. A large table and chairs is a perfect place to play bridge, games, puzzles, or write letters while bird watching or drinking in the mountain beauty beyond the xeriscaped patio area.
A separate utility room off the kitchen has a washer, dryer, and plenty of storage. Likewise the garage has cabinets for larger items plus a workbench with basic tools.
ACTIVITIES: There are 12 Recreation Centers scattered throughout the valley, two within walking distance. For a small one-time fee, renters have the use of the various facilities. Each center has a pool and spa and some have fitness rooms. Others have tennis courts, woodworking, clay studio, lapidary, or computer centers. A large array of beginner and advanced classes are offered. Various specialized clubs such as photography, hiking, and others round out the offerings so no hobby or interest is overlooked in this vital community. Whether you are a seasonal guest or year round resident, all are welcomed.
Half day and full day excursions include the artist colony of Tubac, Desert Living Museum, Mount Wrightson Observatory, and Kartchner Caverns. Unique Tucson with its diverse culture is only 30 minutes away and offers sporting events, the Museum of Art, the symphony, and theater.
