Our beautiful vacation home is located on the prestigious Highlands Reserve Golf and Country Club only 7 miles from Disney. This vacation home itself is located in a quiet residential area within a stunning golf course.It has a large community pool ,tennis courts and play ground. It is the most ideal place for a relaxing holiday while at the same time offering easy access to all of Florida’s many attractions as well as the superb championship golf course at Highlands Reserve. Local restaurants and shops are within easy distance.

$95 applied for stays less than 7 nights for cleaning services. Security deposit comes off visa 30 days after and security deposit checks will be returned within 28 days after your departure, subject to a satisfactory post departure inspection. Karen's Rental agreement to be signed by all renters.

About the owner: Our family lives in Thornton Ontario Canada.We have loved traveling to sunny Florida over the last several years So much so we decided to buy a home in Davenport Florida and share our little piece of the sunny Florida with other families and let it amaze them too.WE hope they will enjoy the warmth and fun of Florida too.
