  The apartment was a wonderful place to call home for our family (2 adults/2 teenagers)! We were conveniently located to transportation and quaint areas in the Latin Quarter. From the time we entered the building to the elevator to the actual studio, we knew we picked the perfect place for our vacation! Kylliki was very accomodating to our late arrival making entry into the studio a breeze. She also had fruit and chocolates waiting for us...a perfect welcome after a long day of traveling. The studio was tastefully furnished and well equipped with supplies for our stay. The market next to the apartment entry was convenient to pick up odds and ends. Kylliki assembled a handy reference book for visitors that we found particularly helpful in navigating the area and gaining perspective from a "local". We will absolutely recommend the studio to friends and family! Should our travels ever take us back to Paris, we would definitely stay here. Wonderful hospitality and accomodations!

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, romantic getaway.

  This apartment was just fabulous, exactly what my partner and I needed for our two week Paris adventure. The apartment layout is very well done, creating a spacious, light and comfortable space. The location was excellent, we walked everywhere, apart from Montmartre. There is an RER/metro stop about 5 minutes walk and buses just outside the apartment. Kylliki is a wonderful and friendly host, I highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Paris. January 2013

  We had a wonderful time in this lovely apartment in Paris. It is in a safe area and a fantastic location, walking distance to the Metro(5 min), bus stop, cafes, markets, bakeries(within 1 min) and anything else you may need. The apartment although is clean, comfortable and very secure. You can get this apartment easily from CDG airport by RER Kylliki is an excellent host and made us feel most welcome. She is an fantastic communicator and very reliable in meeting us and helping us in Paris. I would highly recommend this apartment to you.

  Thank you Kylliki! We really loved your place, it was nice, and warm, and cosy. In the mansard, under the roof, we've felt like real Parisian bohemians. We loved the view, on boulevard Port Royal, where you can see how life goes by. Everything about this place, starting from the nice residential neighborhood, old Haussmann house, narrow staircase, and ending with the nice, clean design, had an authentic character which we really loved. The flat, although not very big, was pretty spacious for three of us - a couple with a seven years old child. We especially loved the warm feeling of the wood finish of the floors, counters, and mezzanine walls and stairs. Very nice and clever interior design!
