Our luxury newly renovated and furnished home in quiet cul-de sac neighborhood, backing to the lake and surrounded by fence for full privacy, is located just off US192, approx 10 miles south-east of Walt Disney World, offering one of the fastest and easiest routes to Disney and all of central Florida's major attractions.
Our immaculately presented two-story home offers our guests with 3000 square feet of accommodation with 2 separate living rooms, including a fabulous upstairs loft/den with sectional sofa, 4 TV with live channels broadcasting over the Internet - Netflix (complimentary), goggle TV, Vudu - DVD/video player/ iPod enabled dock, free Wi-fi all over house and complimentary USA and Canada call.
Our master with its own flat screen TV and sitting area, has an amazing brand new queen pillow-top bed and a very spacious en-suite bathroom with large bath tub and separate room for wc and step-in shower (big enough for two).
Four other bedrooms all have queen beds with plenty of storage with large closets, nightstands and dressers. The master suite has two large walk-in closets.p
Our separate study with free high speed Wi-Fi internet access allows you to stay in touch with friends, family or work back home. Bring your own laptop and log onto the net with wireless from anywhere in the house.
Our stunning home is fully air conditioned/heated for your comfort with the added bonus of ceiling fans in master bedroom, study and living and family rooms.
A large capacity washer and dryer are provided along with fresh, clean bed linens and lots of fluffy, cotton towels of all sizes
Our well appointed, fully equipped family kitchen with granite counter tops has all brand new stainless steel appliances - french door refrigerator with ice-maker and filtered water, dishwasher, electric stove/cooker, built-in microwave, coffee maker & toaster plus quality utensils, lots of coffee mugs, glasses, flatware & dinnerware & pans.
Our brand new salt water pool with an electric pool heater gives you the option of having the pool heated to enjoy a relaxing swimming experience and no chlorine. Deck lighting and fiber optic underwater pool lighting are included, to add to your enjoyment of the outdoor facilities of our home.
Our large, extended pool deck has a south-west aspect giving pretty much all-day Florida sunshine, and beautiful sunsets overlooking the lake.
High-quality patio furnishings including sun loungers, full-size patio table (6), and all with comfortable padded seats for your comfort while working on your tan.
The house is under 24/7 outdoor video surveillance monitoring overlooking the front and back entrance of the house.
A gas bbq grill is provided with our compliments.
We love spending our family vacations in the Disney area and this truly is our second home, not simply a rental property.

I was really impressed with this home. There was so much room and everything was new and up to date. We loved the salt water pool. If your looking for privacy and don't mind driving a few miles from the parks, this is perfect. The owners are very nice and quick to respond to any questions. I was also impressed how fast my deposit was returned to me. We will definitely be renting again soon!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.
