Watch your favorite sports or catch a movie on the 46-inch TV with satellite hook-up. The Florida room opens onto the pool and is great for just lounging back. You will be enchanted by the elegant comfort of this home. There are 2 bedrooms, 3 baths, a family room, and dining room. A futon bed is available on the first floor The dining room has french doors leading out to the beautiful patio and pool. The large patio offers two levels and different seating areas surrounded by a explosion of colorful flowers and tropical plants. The living room has a working fire place. There is a well equipped kitchen with gas stove, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The upstairs has all wood floors with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The remaining 3rd full bathroom is downstairs. The entire property is surrounded by a privacy fence with gated entrance which is ideal for your children and pets to run and play in safety.
The house features flat screen TVs,(one in each bedroom, living room with DVD, stereo, cable and Internet access. The house has central AC, heating and ceiling fans in most every room, and a beautiful working fire place in the living room.

My family and I had an excellent time at Sam's house! We were there for the month of February as we were buying a house in the area. He was very helpful and accommodating, made us feel very welcome and comfortable. The backyard is like a little oasis - so enjoyable! I miss our time spent there, but we now consider Sam a friend and I will definately refer any friends that want to stay in West Palm Beach to this house.Recommended for: Age 55+, pet owners, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Thank you Sam we had an amazing time. Here is the review you’ve asked for. This home is a real jewel .I'm so glad we found this place. It is charming, comfortable, uber clean, private and SO relaxing. The decor is elegant and tasteful with splashes of color. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very comfortable and clean. The kitchen is well equipped, and the backyard is amazing, very private haven for relaxation, with plenty of shade. The house is lovelier than the pictures and writes up express! ). It is just beautiful. Sam is a terrific manager and responsive and we felt well looked after. We enjoyed the Palm Beach, Worth Ave and down town West Palm Beach (City Place). we would highly recommend the home and we will return!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, pet owners, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

My parents and I with my wife spent an amazing week in this house, which feels like our own home. House just feels so cozy, peaceful ,clean and good. We still remember those nice evenings with my family at the pool area, having tea and talking...it was so tropical and private! It was just like we expected. The house was also centrally located, beach, down town stores. We had a great time and special thanks to the Sam for the hospitality and for making my parents and I have a great memory.
