This house is a three bedroom, two bath, beach home that sleeps up to six or ten people with sofa beds. It is on the beach as seen in the pictures. The porch which surrounds the house to the north and west side, gives you an expanded view of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico.
You will spend many hours enjoying this splendid view. When you enter the house you will walk into a living room area to include the kitchen. You will cook, dine, and entertain yourselves, all with panoramic view of the beach.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a door that leads to the west side porch where you can enjoy another view of the beach. The second bedroom has a queen bed and third bedroom have twin beds.
You do not get any closer to the beach and you could not ask for a better place to enjoy your stay at Clearwater Beach. You will be within a 5 minute beach walk to shopping, restaurants, activities, and our fabulous Pier 60 where various entertainment takes place every evening two hours before sunset. Our beach is wide and is miles long. Perfect for those long walks. It's a beautiful white, soft, sandy beach.

BeachSideSuite Rentals has been offering rentals for the past 8 years. There are 10 listings with VRBO. They range from 1 to 3 bedroooms. There are 7 one bedroom, 2 two bedrooms and 1 three bedrooms. There located on one of the few streets on Clearwater Beach that dead ends into the beach. They are within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, marina and Pier 60. All these properties are just steps away from a beautiful, pristine, white sandy beach.
Your within a 50 minute drive to Busch Gardens, Adventure Island Water Park and Lowry Park Zoo.
Clearwater Beach is also the home of the famous dolphin "Winter" of which a full length movie is being made at the Clearwater Marine Aquarium.

Great Winter Getaway!

We stayed here during a partial week at the beginning of February 2012. We have 4 girls ages 3 to 17 and it was the perfect accomodation for our family. The proximity to the beach was fabulous and the sand toys on the porch were loved by the kids! The owners were friendly and welcoming for our family. We would definitely love to come back and stay here for a full week sometime. Clearwater Beach was the perfect place to get away and the house made it even better!
Recommended for:Families with young children.

My husband and I LOVE this beach house...so much we now vacation here two times a year!! (summer & fall, both beautiful seasons) You really are just steps from the sand. After staying in a hotel for years, we wanted to find a beach house (rental) right on the beach. While searching the internet, we came across Angel & Linda's listings. We have been staying in this beach house (and the separate private suite, see listing #13328) for 7 years. The beach house is located on a nice quiet end of the beach (north), but still very close to activities (Pier 60, restaurants, shopping). When you walk into the beach house, you immediately feel "at home". The house is comfortable, relaxing and up to date with just enough tropical touches. The covered front porch is our favorite spot, great for early morning coffee and evening sunsets. Even with a light rain you can still sit out and look at the beach!! The living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen also have beach views. Everything you need for a day at the beach is at the house (beach towels, chairs, floats, etc.) and you always have your own parking space. Angel and Linda are very nice, helpful and available if needed. Plenty of delicious restaurants close by and great shopping. When you look at the pictures of this listing, you will "wish you were here"! Enjoy!!!!

What a wonderful couple the property owners are. My wife and I stayed here in February before our first son was born in May as a "last" child free mini vacation. We have stayed with them before and they exceeded out expectaion that time too. The house was lovely and very comfortable. The weather was cool and rainy a few days but being able to see the beach from the living room made it more bearable. We highly recommend renting here. All the luxuries of home are at your fingertips. The owners are more than willing to answer any and all questions about the area as well as recommend a few places. Being so close to the beach, renting from great people and top notch ammenites make this rental property A+ in every category! Be sure and stop by the Original Frenchy's on Baymont, they have a great happy hour and daily lunch specials! Take a stroll north on the beach to Caladesi Island and soak in all that nature has to offer. Be sure and add a shell to the shell tree for good luck! Take a stroll south and hit the sunset festivities at the pier, very entertaining.

This was an awesome place to stay! The owners were so nice and made sure we had everything we needed. The home itself was so clean and had more amenities in it then expected! We traveled with our 2 childred and another couple and the home was perfect size! Everything was within walking distance and it was great to walk out on the beach every morning to look for sea shells. When we return to clearwater there is no question on where we will stay! Definetly highly recommend this property to anyone looking for home away from home!! Thanks for a fantastic time!!

We had a delightful week at this 3 bedroom cottage on Clearwater Beach. The location is terrific -- on a quiet street that deadends at the beach -- and the house is steps from the sand with great views and wonderful ocean breezes. (We never even turned on the air conditioning while there in mid-April.) The house is well-stocked with lots of linens, cooking supplies, and even beach supplies and toys. The owners are very responsive and helpful. Because of the lay out of the bedrooms, the house works better for a family than for couples traveling together. The wrap-around porch is great for outdoors living, and the house has plenty of room with a large open living/dining/kitchen arrangement.
