Situated in the perfect family neighborhood of Eagle-Vail, this home was remodeled in the summer and fall of 2012, and is perfect for a family or group getaway!
Eagle-Vail is located directly in between the resorts of Vail and Beaver Creek, and requires only a 5-7 minute car ride to get to either resort. Eagle-Vail also features a community pool and tennis courts, golf course and restaurants near by.
The remodel in the fall of 2012 included upgraded kitchen, hardwood floors, bedrooms and bathrooms! The master bedroom has a King bed as well as a day bed with trundle. The first guest bedroom has a Queen bed and the 3rd has 2 twins. Enjoy expansive views over the trout pond in the back yard or curl up on the couch in front of the roaring wood fireplace. The big back yard is perfect for kids or just to sit out in and overlook the pond.

50% deposit due at the time of booking. Final payment is 30 prior in the summer, 45 in the winter and 60 days prior during the holidays. Reservations are non-refundable after the final payment.
