With 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, indoor/outdoor living and dining areas, state-of-the-art technology and surround-sound throughout, heated pool and spa, elevator, beach and bay views and beach access, a private and luxurious master suite, and superior designer furnishings all surrounded by private, lush landscaping...you may never want to leave!
Located on Captiva Drive just around the corner from Captiva Village shopping, marinas, live music and dining, this home's location provides all the privacy you desire while being within walking distance to all the island has to offer.
On the main level of the home you will find a bright, open great room with plenty of comfortable seating, HDTV with surround sound, Blu-Ray player, and XBOX gaming system. The great room leads you to the gourmet eat-in kitchen and dining areas complete with ample seating, separate wine cooler, single-serve coffee maker, granite countertops and so much more! A lanai overlooks the pool and spa on the lower level. And a full-sized laundry room with sink is also located on the main level.
The bedrooms on the main level include a queen bedroom with en-suite private bathroom, and a second bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds to sleep 4 and a very large HDTV. The bunk bedroom shares access to a large bathroom also accessible from the hallway.
The upstairs master suite is its own oasis! Slumber in spacious comfort in the premium king-sized bed, enjoy the private balcony that faces west (sunny in the afternoon) and looks down the short driveway to the Gulf of Mexico beach, savor the sounds of your private home theater system with built-in 5.1 surround sound and large HDTV, or relax in the sitting area with a cool beverage from the en-suite wet bar with wine cooler. The master suite has a separate zone on the whole-house digital music system (download the app and control it via touch-screen on your iPad or iPhone).
Even the spectacular master bathroom has a flat-panel TV. The master bath includes a jet tub, an oversize walk-in shower with a center-pivoting glass door and two spray systems (including hand held massage wand). Plenty of storage is provided in the extended vanity (with two sink bowls), and there is a separate, well-lit make-up area with cushioned seating.
On the upper level of the home you'll find even more luxury and amazing views. Two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed, the other with 2 twin beds. These bedrooms share an oversize bathroom with walk-in shower. You won't want to miss the view of the bay and palm surroundings! Also upstairs is a convenient desk nook.
The lower level of the home -- all connected with an elevator for your convenience -- boasts an outdoor oasis complete with a heated pool and spa, lush landscaping, covered and uncovered porches, seating for 12 at the teak wood table, 2 grills, an exquisite outdoor shower, pool-level bathroom, 2 car-garage and a Ping Pong table!
