This quiet, recently constructed two-bedroom ground floor condo offers everything you need for your mountain escape. The huge master bedroom features a private patio, queen size bed, iPod dock and a spacious ensuite bathroom with jetted tub and separate shower. The second bedroom has a double bed while a queen-size futon in the living room provides sleeping for up to 6 guests in total. Second bathroom has a tub and shower.
The comfortable living room has a large flat screen TV with Netflix streaming TV and movies, as well as DVD player and library of TV shows and movies (no cable). Apple TV service allows for digital movie rentals (must have your own iTunes account) and digital radio. High speed wireless internet lets you stay in touch.
The open kitchen is full stocked with everything you will need, and basic staples are on hand. There is a barbeque and dining space on the patio handy to the kitchen/dining area.
Well behaved pets are welcome to stay with their owners (subject to an additional cleaning fee to ensure the comfort of future guests), and there is a large dog bed provided for your pet's comfort.
There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your use.
We offer simple e-mail invoicing and accept major credit cards or PayPal.
Radium Hot Springs and the surrounding area are a year-round paradise famous for the mineral hot springs (just minutes from the condo). In the winter, we are handy to downhill skiing/snowboarding (about 30 minutes to Panorama Resort, 60 minutes to Kicking Horse), cross country skiing, ice skating and snow shoeing. Spring to fall the area is a golfer's paradise with courses from basic to world class. The valley offers opportunities for hiking, wildlife viewing, kayaking/ canoeing and more. Nearby Lake Windermere offers beaches, swimming, boating, water-skiing.

We had an amazing weekend in Radium! Before leaving for the weekend Jennifer had provided us with a package of all the information we needed! Included directions, a restaurant guide for the Radium and Invermere area (we loved this!!) as well as activities we could enjoy while we were there! The condo was fantastic! Nice and clean when we arrived and very welcoming! We brought our dog with us and she loved it! We will definitely be going back in the summer months to do some golfing! I would absolutely recommend this condo to anyone wanting a quiet getaway!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Was a great place for a family weekend. The kitchen was well equipped, the patio had great access to the grounds. Was great to have apple TV, music. Master bedroom is lovely with a huge ensuite. The condo was accurately descibed, well maintanined. Invermere is very close and a quaint little town to explore. The Saturday Market was interesting and the lake is a great place to spend a saturday afternoon. This place would also be a great location for a ski weekend!Recommended for: Pet owners, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

For two-night stays, payment in full is due at time of booking, refundable if your stay is cancelled on 30 days notice. For three or more nights, one night's rental rate is payable as deposit, with balance due one week prior to your rental, after which time payments are non-refundable. We offer e-mail invoicing and accept credit cards, PayPal and bank transfer.
Additional Fees and Taxes:
All taxes included in rates. Cleaning fee applies to rentals of less than 4 nights. Cleaning fee is $90 for guests without pets and $120 for guests bringing pets.

About the owner: We (Jenn & Andrew) are a professional couple living in Calgary, Alberta. We fell in love with the Columbia Valley after Andrew joined the Canadian Rockies Soaring Club based in Invermere.
