Head for the mountains or explore the town on foot. There's a garage and parking space for ATVs, motorcycles and other vehicles. Red Lodge in its colorful past was a bustling mining town frequented by the likes of Calamity Jane, Buffalo Bill and Crow Chief Plenty Coups. Founded in the 1800's by ranchers and various ethnic groups who worked the mines and railroads, Red Lodge has reinvented itself.
