About the owner: We live full-time in Chicago, IL. We race sailboats in Biscayne Bay. When we are finished racing we can walk to the Coco Walk and enjoy all the nightlife, shops, restaurants, etc. that Coconut Grove has to offer.
Why the Owner Chose Coconut Grove:
We like the amenities of the beautiful Ritz Carlton Hotel, but apartment living appealed to us. This building is full-service and safe.
