New condo in Bridges Bay's newest complex has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths with a True frontal view of East Lake Okoboji. 6 daily passes to the indoor waterpark, outdoor heated pool and swim-up bar, and there is an additional swimming pool located right outside the complex with covered area for family get-togethers. Bracco Waterfront restaurant and the Crazy Parrot Cantina are located within the resort.
This condo has all the comforts of a luxury home including granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, microwave and washer and dryer. Beautiful stone fireplace, flat screen tv's, walk-in closets and a covered deck with a gas grill finish out your stay.
The master bedroom includes a king size bed and has his and her sinks in the large master bathroom that is adjacent to the walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and third bedroom has 2 sets of twin bunk beds. There is a large, leather sofa that opens up to a queen size sleeper for additional sleeping needs. This condo is no smoking/no pets.

RENTAL CONTRACT Check in time is 4:00 pm Check out time is 10:00 am 1.This is a NON-SMOKING unit. If you must smoke, please go out of the condo complex to a place where it will not bother anyone else. DO NOT SMOKE ON THE DECK! 2.All property and furnishings will be kept in good order. Report any items that are broken or need repair. 3.Only use appliances and furnishings for their intended uses. 4.Pets are NOT allowed in the condo unit at all. 5.People other than those in the Guest party (those mentioned at booking time) may not stay overnight in the property. 6.All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. 7.HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring your own beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the unit. The pools at Bridges Bay provide free towel use while there. 8.CANCELLATIONS: A 45-day notice is required for cancellations in order to receive a full refund of your deposit. Why the Owner Chose Okoboji:
The view of the lake is awesome, especially the sunsets. My favorite time of day is early morning, out on the deck with my coffee watching the boats on the lake.
