Our condo is blessed with south facing windows & deck with unobstructed views of Lake Dillon and mount Guyot, with the continental divide and Keystone mountain to the west, and peak 1 to the east. Lake and mountain views from every window to take your breath away! The interior has been completely remodeled and tastefully furnished to make you feel comfortable and at home from the moment you arrive. Lake Forest, Frisco is the perfect location for a summer or winter getaway.
The master bedroom has a king bed, full private bath/shower, vanity and dressing area, HD LCD TV, clock radio, phone and patio doors to the deck. The second bedroom has two queen beds, full bath/shower and a separate vanity, HD LCD TV, and clock radio. The open plan lounge and dining area has a queen sofa bed, HD LCD TV & DVD, stereo with CD, iPod dock, free WiFi and a gas log fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge freezer and washer dryer.
Outside there is use of a single car garage and plenty of other parking. In the center of the complex are gas grills and three hot tubs.
Just 90 minutes from Denver on I 70, our condo has world class ski resorts at Copper, Breckenridge, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin and Vail all between 10 and 30 minutes away by car, or free local buses serve most ski areas.
Lake Forest is on the bike path that winds it's way around lake Dillon and a large part of Summit county. Lake Dillon also provides ample opportunity for kayaking, canoing, sailing, fishing, kite surfing and motorized watersports.
For the less active there are restaurants, theaters, hiking, biking and outlet store shopping at Silverthorne. Frisco is a pretty western town with some great restaurants, marina, shops, summer festivals and events.
