This charming Civil War era house is located on historic Baltimore Street in downtown Gettysburg. The first floor has been restored, with two bedrooms (queen beds), and there is a queen pullout sofa bed in the TV room, so the house can sleep 4 + 2. The bathroom has a shower. In addition there is a fully fitted kitchen, dining room, reading room, and a parlor with a gas-log fire. There is central a/c throughout. At the rear of the house is a secluded garden and parking for 2 cars. The house is ideal for 4-6 people. You can walk to most of the shops and restaurants. The National Military Park (Battlefield) is two minutes walk away. Paranormal investigators might enjoy their experience here as well!

Gettysburg National Military Park (Battlefield) & Visitor Center (museum, movie, Cyclorama). David Wills House. Shriver House Museum. Eisenhower Heritage Site. Great walking, hiking and cycling trails. Hershey is one hour away, as is Harper's Ferry. Antietam Battlefield is 45 minutes away. About 10 miles north of Gettysburg are the Appalachians, with beautiful orchards of apples, peaches and cherries. Ski Liberty Resort is 20 minutes from Gettysburg. Some excellent golf courses within a half hour drive.
