This property is 100 feet from the the slopes of Hunter Mountain, so you can put your skis on in the condo and walk to the slope for two minutes, then ski down. Hunter Mountain also has lots of fun activities aside from skiing and snow boarding and tubing. There is a music festivals during holidays and fun places to hike and look at waterfalls, beautiful views.

Hunter Mountain as well as this community in particular is very children friendly, as well as fun for people of all ages. Just a short walk away there's Main street (walk alone a serene stream to get there) with shops, and just a short drive away (5minutes) there's Tennersville with restaurants and fun attractions.

The condo is a part of a community, thus there is a restaurant and a club house on premises. In the evening many people spend fun times playing pool and chatting over drinks there.

This is a beautiful and spacious, two bedroom condo, fully furnished, room to sleep up to nine people comfortably. There are two floors, as you walk in there is a kitchen and a dining room, and further in there is a living room with a fireplace and TV, DVD/VCR even further there is a huge terrace. There is a futon in the living room that sleeps two, and a couch that sleeps one. The kitchen has all the appliances (refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, plates, cups, silverware, and all other things you can think of, to make it feel just like your home away from home).

From the dining room there are stairs to go down to the bedrooms, one is a master bedroom with a big bed, but you can put a fold-out bed (that I have there) in that room as well. This has an adjacent bathroom with a shower, as well as a room for storage. The master bedroom has a door to exit to the outside for smokers, since smoking inside is not permitted. The other bedroom has one big bed (fold-out) and a small bed. The guest bathroom has a bathtub is adjacent to the guest room. There is also a washer and dryer on this floor.

There are three mountains in the condo vicinity. The condo is located on the slopes of Hunter Mountain, but Bellare and Windham mountains are just a few minutes drive away. For directions refer to the guide that will be provided on arrival.

Club Hunter is always has various celebrations that are great for the kids, it is located on the bottom of the mountain. The restaurant in the community is open all season, so enjoy the food, details in the brochures. On route to the condo, Route 23A on the left had side, there is a discount ski rental $15 per day, in comparison to $45 on the mountain. Feel free to take advantage of it. There is also Woodstock and NewPaltz, great places to hang out and just stay for drinks.

Tons of places to snowshoe, hike, or just enjoy nature. There is a huge waterfall just moments away (does not freeze over winter months), with a hiking trail right next to it, leading to Windham Mountain. Further hiking can be done at the North/South Lake area just 15minutes drive from the community.

The Catskills Game Farm, tubing down the Esopus River, the Katterskill Falls, and The Zume Flume Water Park are all about 20 minutes away. The fall foliage and antiqueing is something you don't want to miss in the Catskills! This place is a perfect get-away year round.

There is a cell phone tower on top of the mountain, so your cell phone does work here.
